What is the Program Length & Flexibility

Each module is designed to be flexible to meet the unique needs of your students and organization. While program length may vary based on the content focus, audience maturity, and desired outcomes, most modules run between 3 to 5 sessions, delivered weekly or biweekly.

We work closely with you to determine the best pace and schedule. Sessions may include intentional breaks between weeks to allow for reflection, implementation, or school scheduling needs.

Whether you're looking for a short-term intensive or a more gradual rollout, Girl UpRising can adapt the program structure to ensure maximum impact.

Are all modules virtual?

No. Virtual and online sessions are available.

Can you attend more than one module?

Yes! You can attend all modules or choose to purchase them individually. For organizations, customized module packages are available. Contact us for details.

Does Girl UpRising, Inc. provide one-on-one mentoring?

Yes! One-on-one mentoring is available and tailored to each girl's unique needs, typically guided by our 5 Pillars. Contact us to learn more or request a session.

How do you pay for the modules?

Girl UpRising offers both free and paid modules. Pricing varies by service— We accept payments via PayPal. Contact us to learn more or request a custom quote.

What is the price per module? What is the price for one-one-one mentoring?

Module Pricing:
Each group module is $4,000 per group (8–12 students) per semester. Discounts available for multiple groups or full-year commitments.

One-on-One Mentoring:
Private mentorship is $300/month per participant with a 3-month minimum commitment. Includes small-group sessions, monthly progress reports, and access to our private support community.

Can a mentee/organization opt out of certain sessions/modules?

Yes! Mentees or organizations can opt out of specific sessions or modules if needed. Just notify the mentor in advance, and we’ll accommodate accordingly.

Who Are the Mentors?

All Girl UpRising mentors are carefully selected and trained to guide girls with compassion, professionalism, and purpose.

Our mentors have:
Experience working with youth in educational or community settings
Training in SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) and trauma-informed practices
Background checks and screening
Ongoing professional development in mentorship, leadership, and youth empowerment
We’re committed to creating a safe, supportive space for every girl to grow and thrive.
